Recipo’s processing of personal data

• We save and process personal data about you who represent a company connected to Recipo, either via agreement or contact with us. Information that is saved is, for example: company name, contact person, email address and telephone number.
• The purpose of saving the information is to conduct our business and provide services, fulfill agreements and send you information relevant to the business.
• We have received your information as a contact person for a customer, supplier or other business interested party.
• Your data will be saved in order to fulfill the agreements that exist between customer and supplier or to fulfill our obligations. We store your data as a customer, supplier or other interested party as long as you have a business relationship with Recipo. Certain information may be stored for a longer period of time if it is covered by legal requirements such as the Accounting Act.
• The personal data we process about you is only shared with suppliers and authorities within the scope of the business. We never disclose personal data to any other type of third party.
